Orders are typically shipped within 2-4 days of purchase, depending on the shipping method selected. For pre-orders, shipping times will vary based on the specific pre-order timescales provided at the time of purchase.
Shipping Charges:All shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be confirmed before completing your purchase.
Tracking & Delivery:Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking update and confirmation via email, allowing you to monitor your delivery.
Delivery Conditions:Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
Lost or Damaged Shipments:If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly so we can assist you.
Return Policy
Return Window:You have 30 days from the date of your order to return items.
Condition of Items:Items must be unused, with tags still attached, and in their original packaging and condition to be eligible for return. Damaged or tags removed items will not be accepted.

Refunds & Exchanges:Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process a full refund or an exchange if the item is in stock and the requested size is available. Refunds are issued through your bank or payment provider and may take several days to appear.
